•  Transfer loan payments - Must use Loan Suffix*
•  Transfer Visa payments - Must use Visa Suffix*

* Suffixes: The 3 digit identifier specific to an individual account. Suffixes are available on your account statement or by selecting Option 1, Account Balances, from the CU*TALK main menu.

First-Time Users
The first time you call CU*TALK, your PIN number will be the last four digits of your Social Security number. For security purposes, after you enter the system, you will be prompted to change your PIN. From this point on, CU*TALK will guide you through each step depending on the transactions you wish to complete.
